As an artist you hope not to be unduly influenced by trends, hipsters and the like. It was once a point of pride with me that my art was deemed “unhip” by a significant other. Then I moved to Brooklyn–something else I had vowed never to do–and somehow this figure emerged. A man of true discernment and taste, he navigates his environment in style with a trusted companion in tow.
